| In this paper we show that the initial letters of the quran give strong support that the decimal system of numbers is a divine one. We show by example how the golden ratio is manifest in some ayas of the Quran. We propose a system to enable the decryption of the Holy Quran. This concept of decryption is based on our hypothesis that the Quran is encrypted through 5 layers.
